Extended Warranty Registration Service

1. Purpose of the Portal

This portal is operated by:

ATN Europe LTD

The portal is used to register and support extended warranty coverage for eligible ATN Europe LTD products.

In these Terms, “ATN Europe LTD”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to the company named above that provides or administers the extended warranty.

These Terms govern use of the portal, registration eligibility conditions, the verification process and the basic rules for the extended warranty.

2. Commercial Warranty and Consumer Statutory Rights

The extended warranty is an additional commercial warranty.

It does not limit or replace the consumer’s statutory rights, including free remedies against the seller for lack of conformity of goods under applicable law.

The consumer keeps all rights they have by law regardless of whether the extended warranty registration is activated, sent for manual review or rejected.

3. Eligibility and 45-Day Registration Period

The ATN Europe LTD extended warranty is available only for eligible products.

To be eligible, the product must be registered through this portal within 45 calendar days from the original purchase date.

Registrations with a purchase date outside this 45-day period may be rejected or sent for manual review based on the information provided and the proof of purchase.

The registration is valid only if the information provided is accurate, complete and relevant to the specific product.

4. Registration Data and Proof of Purchase

To register a product, you must provide accurate details, including:

  • first and last name
  • email address
  • serial number or product code
  • purchase date
  • proof of purchase when required
  • store or retailer name where applicable

The proof of purchase must be sufficiently clear to support verification of the purchase date, retailer or store and the relevant product.

An inaccurate, incomplete, unreadable, altered, misleading or irrelevant proof of purchase may lead to manual review, delay or refusal to activate the extended warranty.

ATN Europe LTD may request additional information when necessary to verify the registration.

5. Verification and Registration Outcome

The portal may use automated checks and assisted analysis of the proof of purchase to support the registration process.

These checks support validation of the registration, but they are not a final decision in all cases and do not replace manual review where it is necessary.

After registration submission, ATN Europe LTD may:

  • activate the extended warranty
  • send the registration for manual review
  • refuse activation of the extended warranty where eligibility conditions are not met or the information provided cannot be confirmed

If manual review is needed, ATN Europe LTD may contact you by email for additional information.

6. Duration of the Extended Warranty

When successfully activated, the extended warranty provides warranty coverage for a total period of up to 5 years from the purchase date, unless otherwise stated in the applicable warranty terms.

Confirmation of an activated registration may be sent by email and should be kept by the consumer for future reference.

Submitting a registration or uploading proof of purchase does not automatically approve any future warranty claim.

7. Warranty Coverage and Exclusions

The extended warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under the applicable ATN Europe LTD warranty policy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable warranty terms, the extended warranty does not cover:

  • accidental damage
  • damage caused by improper use
  • liquid ingress where not covered by the applicable warranty terms
  • cosmetic wear
  • normal wear and tear
  • unauthorized modification
  • unauthorized third-party repair
  • damage caused by use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions
  • damage outside the applicable ATN Europe LTD warranty terms

In a warranty case, ATN Europe LTD may perform additional checks of the product, proof of purchase, serial number and applicable warranty terms before confirming coverage or determining the outcome of the request.

8. Non-Transferability

The extended warranty is connected to the original registration, the specific registered product and the serial number submitted through the portal.

It does not automatically transfer to another device or subsequent owner unless ATN Europe LTD expressly confirms otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Accuracy of Information and Abuse

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration.

ATN Europe LTD may refuse or terminate an extended warranty where the registration contains false, misleading, incomplete, irrelevant or forged information, or where there are reasonable suspicions of abuse.

10. Optional Communication

Communication about news, special offers and software update notices is optional and separate from warranty registration.

Choosing it in the form does not affect warranty registration. The subscription is considered complete only after email confirmation.

Unsubscribing from this subscription does not affect the activated warranty and does not limit ATN Europe LTD’s ability to send necessary messages related to warranty, service, security, important product information or legal obligations where applicable.

11. Personal Data Protection

Personal data processing in connection with the portal is carried out according to the Privacy Policy.

For details about categories of personal data, processing purposes, legal bases, retention periods, your rights and contacts for requests related to personal data, please review the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to the Portal and Terms

ATN Europe LTD may update the portal, registration process or these Terms when necessary for technical, operational, legal or business reasons.

Changes to the Terms should not limit statutory rights already acquired by the consumer. Where a change is material and applicable law requires notification, ATN Europe LTD will take appropriate steps to inform users.
